Mortgage Administrator (Fully Remote – Residential Mortgage Brokerage) Overview Join a fast‑growing residential mortgage brokerage in a fully remote role supporting a high‑performing broker team. Role Responsibilities • Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion, • Support residential brokers with day‑to‑day case administration, • Handle 15–20 completions per month, • Chase lenders, solicitors, surveyors and clients to progress cases efficiently, • Maintain accurate CRM records and case notes, • Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email, • Support Trustpilot review generation and client feedback processes, • Work collaboratively with the back‑office team to ensure smooth case flow, • Meet productivity targets across calls, emails and turnaround times Package • £28,000–£30,000 base salary, • £32,000–£34,000 on‑target earnings, • Fully remote working, • £20 bonus per Trustpilot review mentioning you, • £10 bonus per Trustpilot review mentioning the back‑office team, • Annual performance bonus linked to productivity, • Structured training and ongoing development, • Long-term career progression within a growing brokerage Skills & Experience • 12+ months’ mortgage industry experience, • Experience within estate agency mortgage environments desirable, • Ability to manage high case volumes and meet deadlines, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Confident working with lenders, solicitors and clients, • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and be coached, • Motivated, driven and suited to early‑career professionals Why This Role Stands Out This role offers long‑term career development, stability, financial incentives and full remote flexibility within a brokerage that values loyalty and progression.
