Jobstore UK are seeking an enthusiastic and sales hungry Business Development Manager to expand our clients footprint in the industrial and logistics sectors. We are looking for someone who can identify high-value prospects, and grow relationships with UK, European and national accounts in warehousing, retail, and logistics through both direct sales, face to face and online meetings. This role is an exciting blend of new business acquisition coupled with great account management, helping customers achieve cost reductions through this technology-led solutions. Key responsibilities will be to; - Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in target markets such as logistics providers, distribution centres, and industrial users. - Work to a sales processes, engaging multiple decision-makers across operations, engineering, procurement, and sustainability teams. - Map target accounts, understanding operational pain points, KPIs, and investment priorities. - Put together tailored proposals that demonstrate ROI through productivity gains, cost reduction, and asset longevity. The right person will also be able to act as the lead contact for high-value strategic accounts, ensuring their operational needs are met and exceeded. You will have top level communication skills to be able to build multi-level stakeholder relationships to become a trusted advisor. A proven successful background in B2B business development and key account management within industrial technology, logistics, or manufacturing environments would be advantageous, along with experience in selling technical, data-driven, or operational solutions with measurable ROI. Full drivers licence and passport for international travel required. In return - you will be provided with a Competitive base salary + performance-based commission.
