We are looking for a dynamic, talented, passionate Sports Therapist / Rehabilitatior to join our team Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sports Therapist / Sports Rehabilitation Therapist (MSK) position based between our Wimbledon and Surrey site. The role involves assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, providing sports massage, designing personalised rehabilitation programs including the performance matrix screening, and providing exercise therapy for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. The therapist will work with a diverse range of clients to help them achieve their physical health and wellness goals. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining high standards of patient care to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications • Experience working with sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management is advantageous., • Certificate in sports Massage, • Awareness of Psychology principles to provide holistic care and support patients' mental health during their recovery journey., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships and work effectively within a team., • Hold a qualification in sports rehabilitation or sports therapy (or similar) What next: If this opportunity sounds perfect for you, please apply today! Job Type: Full-time 37.5hrs a week Schedule: • 6-10 hour shifts, • Personalised growth and development opportunities including The Performance Matrix, NMES, ESWT, Kidsback2Sport, • Birthday off if falls on a work day Remuneration is between £27,000 and £32,000 pro rata per annum, depending on experience. This will be a PAYE role with a pension plan included.
