Key Responsibilities: · Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver exceptional service. · Manage all daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and quality control. · Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. · Guided recruitment, training and development of all team members to reach their full potential. · Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and budgets. · Bring creative ideas to grow the business through various avenues including onsite, trade and wholesale.
