We're pretty particular but if you have a can do attitude, are keen to learn and develop, and have high attention to detail, we'd probably get on well. We want people who are really passionate about guest experience. You must have management or supervisory experience for this role, and be a proven leader who is also capable of managing bar, tenders, baristas, runners and wait staff.
