Role: Teaching Assistant Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Start Date: ASAP Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Salary: £90-£105 per day (depending on experience, role and/or qualifications) About the role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with class teachers to support pupils, deliver targeted interventions, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your patience, empathy, and enthusiasm will help pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to succeed. No two days are the same. From working one-to-one or with small groups, to supporting behaviour, engagement, and independence, your impact will be felt every day, not just in a child’s learning, but in their overall school experience.
