The Role As an Area Business Manager in the Continence Division, you will: • Drive sales across acute, community, and nursing home settings., • Identify and convert new opportunities within NHS trusts and other healthcare providers., • Build and nurture strong relationships with clinical and procurement stakeholders., • Deliver product training and support to healthcare teams., • Meet and exceed sales targets while enhancing GBUK Group’s market reputation., • Proven commercial sales experience (medical sales or healthcare background advantageous)., • Strong understanding of the NHS marketplace and decision-making pathways., • A self-starter with a solutions-focused mindset and growth attitude., • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills., • Be one of the first two hires in a brand-new division – genuine career-shaping opportunity., • Competitive package including car allowance., • Supportive, innovative, and growth-focused culture., • Clear pathway for development – we promote from within wherever possible.
