    Wemedia Trading Ltd is a UK-based cross-border e-commerce company primarily engaged in the international sourcing, importation, and online sales of beauty and personal care products. The company sells products across multiple markets through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, and fulfils orders through a combination of its own warehousing facilities and third-party logistics services. As the business continues to grow, the volume of day-to-day operational work in areas such as procurement, inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination has increased significantly. To ensure that business processes operate efficiently and smoothly, and to strengthen coordination across different functions, the company requires the establishment of a Business Support Officer role to support daily operational management and business activities. Key Responsibilities • Assist in cross-border procurement and import processes, including organising supplier documentation, coordinating transportation arrangements, and supporting the preparation of customs clearance documents (e.g. air waybills and customs declarations), • Monitor both international and domestic logistics operations, verify shipping documentation and associated costs (e.g. DHL, Royal Mail), and ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods, • Maintain inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in improving inventory management processes, • Support order processing activities, including verifying order details, tracking shipment status, and handling exceptional or problematic orders, • Assist in managing operational data related to Amazon platforms, including sales records, fee statements, and inventory analysis, • Organise and process business-related documentation, including supplier invoices, logistics charges, and warehouse expenses, • Assist in communication with suppliers, logistics service providers, and customers to address routine business matters, • Provide basic operational data support to management, including assisting with sales and inventory analysis Requirements • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, • Basic data handling skills, including the ability to organise and process order, inventory, and sales data, • Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and customers, • Basic problem-solving ability to address routine operational issues, • Proficiency in standard office software such as Excel and Word, • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, logistics, or a related field, • Prior experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or logistics is preferred; familiarity with import/export processes is an advantage, • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is desirable, • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to adapt to a flexible working environment within a small team
