Reference number: JR255252 \n Location: Based at our local training training centre in Manchester, Home based when not teaching \n Working pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week \n Contract Type: Permanent \n Number of roles: 1 \n Grade: T1 \n Salary: Starting salary is £49,736 per annum, negotiable dependent on experience \n \n We are looking for a Tutor to join our team. \n \n Role summary \n \n By providing an outstanding classroom and/or live online experience to our learners, you’ll inspire them to succeed and achieve excellent learning and assessment outcomes. You’ll continuously build your knowledge, skills and capabilities, as well as contributing to building those of your colleagues, and you’ll also help us to continuously improve what we deliver to our customers, and how we deliver it. \n \n As a Faculty Tutor, you will: \n\n • Deliver classes in both physical and virtual classrooms\n, • Teach across the various accountancy apprenticeships that we offer\n, • Help learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of a competent accountant\n, • Support learners outside of scheduled classes\n, • Take responsibility for ensuring your learners are making progress in their apprenticeship or qualification\n, • Contribute to the continuous improvement of what we deliver by providing recommendations for changes to products and materials\n, • Continuously build your own knowledge, skills and capabilities\n\n \n What you’ll bring to the role \n \n You won’t need prior teaching experience because our Tutor Academy will help you become an inspirational educator, but you will need to bring: \n \n\n • Relevant professional accounting qualification (exam-qualified suffices for some qualifications)\n, • Ability to communicate and present with confidence, clarity and purpose\n, • Focus on quality and learner outcomes\n, • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm\n, • Team player and able to work collaboratively\n, • Excellent written skills\n, • Ability to build strong relationships and trust\n, • Adaptability to changes in circumstances\n\n \n What we do \n \n Kaplan Professional is a leading provider of apprenticeships, accountancy / tax / finance & banking courses, and professional assessments.
