We are seeking a skilled, customer-oriented and career driven Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages. We are expanding our business and have opportunities to progress to a Bar manager.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have - Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Monitor alcohol consumption of guests, ensuring responsible service - Assist in opening and closing duties as required
Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices - Knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques - Familiarity with restaurant operations and ability to work well within a team - Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
