Financial Accountability Comply with the cash handling procedures and be responsible for bill settlement, correcting and explaining any errors or discrepancies, using Comtrex or other till systems. Handle voiding, correcting and changing bills in accordance with the prescribed Exhibit Bars billing and charging procedure. Comply with Exhibit Bars cash-out procedures. Other Duties Be familiar with all products that are sold in the bar and restaurant by attending wine, food or any other training as required and be confident to explain dishes when serving your guests. You and your team will be responsible for hand-to-hand flyering and promotion of Show And Tell’s shows throughout the festival. Role • Line-managing and motivating a tight-knit team during the Fringe. • Flyering for between 2-and-3 hours per day of the Fringe. • Working with the onsite marketing coordinator to oversee flyer, poster and brochure levels and ensure maintenance of a good onsite presence at venues across the festival. • Attending marketing meetings with the programming team to determine priorities for upcoming shifts. • Maintaining flyer storage and communication regarding supply. • Updating flyers and posters with new information and checking status of all display print. • Keeping in regular contact with street team staff throughout their shift and providing them with a steady stock of flyers/show information. • Printing and arranging additions to flyers and posters including adding review quotes to flyers and posters and ensuring there is no damage to these additions across the festival. Our organic produce is sold all throughout London's fine dining and high end F&B industry from Fortnum & Mason, Selfridges and the Ritz. We are looking for some fun, enthusiastic sales assistants to man our weekend market stalls every weekend in London. Our markets take place every weekend in central London, all year round on both and Saturday and Sunday. Our returning customers rely on these markets for their weekly dairy shop and so we need staff members who are A: available Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am - 2pm and B: have a love of food and organic produce.
