Our Box Store is designed to look like a giant Krispy Kreme box, serving our world-famous doughnuts and a variety of tasty hot and cold drinks from the centre of the shopping centre. Lone working Lone working is a significant part of this role. You’ll regularly be responsible for operating the store independently, including opening or closing, serving customers, managing priorities and following all safety and security procedures without another Team Member on site. You’ll need to be confident making decisions, managing busy periods and knowing when to contact a manager for support. You must be comfortable taking responsibility for the store and maintaining our standards while working independently. Because of the lone-working responsibilities involved, applicants must be 18 years or over. You’ll be a natural team player who communicates clearly, treats people with respect and enjoys helping others succeed.
