We are looking for a Chef with good communication and knowledge to help at our park/swimming pool cafe at Parliament Hill Lido NW5. We are entering the busy season and need someone with the following skills : Fast, high volumes Able to organise the kitchen in an optimal way Health and safety impecable Able to place orders with suppliers Long working hours throughout the summer especially on hot days (7am-6pm X 5 days a week) With regards to cooking skills, we need someone who can do a classic breakfast/brunch/ cafe menu. A sandwich/salad bar menu. We also need someone who has a strong food culture (Italian, French, Asian, Indian, British, Jamaican or other) and is able to come up with dishes of their own culture and creation. The venue is a cafe by Hampstead Heath Park and Lido swimming pool.
