We are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Sustainability Consultant or Senior Sustainability Consultant to support our clients in achieving their environmental and corporate sustainability goals. Benefits • Flexible hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance., • A 37.5-hour workweek with opportunities for professional development., • The chance to work on meaningful projects that contribute to a more sustainable future., • A collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence.Day-to-Day, • Managing and delivering environmental assessments for buildings, ensuring compliance with BREEAM, LEED, and WELL standards., • Collaborating with clients to develop and implement sustainability strategies tailored to their needs., • Conducting research and staying updated on the latest sustainability trends and innovations., • Preparing and presenting reports, data analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders., • Provide sustainability support to clients, including environmental certification of buildings, development of sustainability strategies for buildings and masterplans, and organisational support to meet corporate sustainability requirements., • Manage environmental assessments of buildings using BREEAM, LEED, and WELL standards, including evidence gathering and certification processes., • Offer consultancy advice on sustainability issues such as water efficiency, health and wellbeing, and waste management., • Develop and review emerging sustainability trends to ensure clients remain at the forefront of sustainable practices., • A degree in science, environmental studies, engineering, architecture, or energy., • At least 2 years of experience for Consultant level or 4+ years for Senior Consultant level., • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical and non-technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing., • A solid understanding of energy and sustainability planning policy, particularly in London, with project experience in developing sustainability strategies for planning., • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel.Desirable:, • BREEAM Assessor qualification., • BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) qualification., • Knowledge and experience in energy-efficient building design and specification.
