    We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in masonry, carpentry, and working with various power and hand tools. Duties: • Apply coats of plaster or stucco to walls, ceilings, or partitions of buildings, using trowels, brushes, or spray guns., • Create decorative textures in finish coat, using brushes or trowels., • Install guide wires on exterior surfaces of buildings to indicate thickness of plaster or stucco and nail wire mesh, lath, or similar materials to the outside surface to hold stucco in place., • Mold or install ornamental plaster pieces, panels, or trim., • Mix mortar and plaster to desired consistency or direct workers who perform mixing., • Apply weatherproof, decorative coverings to exterior surfaces of buildings, such as by troweling or spraying on coats of stucco., • Clean job sites after work is completed. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role., • Proficiency in using masonry tools and equipment., • Knowledge of carpentry techniques., • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the trade., • Ability to work at heights and on roofs if required., • Experience with bricklaying is a plus. About the Role As a Support Worker within our Day Opportunities service, you'll work alongside adults with a range of disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop practical life skills, and achieve goals that matter to them. No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting someone with meal planning and cooking, the next you could be helping someone access public transport independently, taking a group to the gym, supporting a community project, encouraging social interaction, or helping someone prepare for employment. This is an active role where you'll spend as much time out in the community as you do within our service. Our focus is always on what people can do—not what they can't.
