Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will oversee all aspects of payroll administration, including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, payroll reconciliations and reporting, and pension administration. They will ensure payroll is accurate, timely and compliant. They will respond to payroll and pension queries from staff and provide knowledgeable guidance on payroll and pension matters to colleagues and senior leaders. The MRR team supports revenue and subscriptions growth through customer behaviour and marketing performance analysis. As a senior member of the Pharmacy Department, the post-holder will: • Lead on the delivery and development of high-quality clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation initiatives to Moorfields network sites in line with local and national objectives., • Support the medicines optimisation agenda across the division. This includes the provision of clinical service level medicines usage reports and contribution to protocol development, and monitoring adherence to contracts to support the safe and cost-effective use of medicines., • Monitor adherence to medication related legislation, governance, and the safe and economic use of medicines through means of clinical research and audits., • Manage a team of network site pharmacy staff and lead on the provision of an efficient medicines optimisation and management training programme for trust staff., • Support the Associate Chief Pharmacists in providing input and facilitating the implementation of novel medicine supply systems which include third party supply and home care related to network sites. The postholder will be required to support the Associate Chief Pharmacist for Clinical Quality, Network Sites to deliver and develop the clinical and operational pharmacy service delivery across the whole network. This involves clinical and operational services across all the Moorfields North network sites and the Moorfields satellite pharmacies located at Ealing, Northwick Park, St. Ann's and Stratford site. The postholder will be required to lead on development and delivery of efficient medicines optimisation agenda at individual clinical service level across the division. This includes the safe and cost-effective prescribing in accordance with national and local agreed guidelines. The posts holder is responsible for the overall operations of network site pharmacies including managing service rosters and ensuring safe staffing levels are maintained at all times.
