What will I be doing? - Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running the shop during peak, busy shifts. - Running your own shifts in the General Managers absence. - Keeping the team motivated and bringing great energy to each and every shift! - Managing customer expectations, always going above and beyond. - Assisting with weekly reports, shop orders and team appraisals and development. We're Sodo Pizza and we're hiring for a Head Pizza Chef to run our Hoxton pub pizzeria from Monday to Friday. The odd Saturday might be needed here and there but you'll always get your Sunday off (the pizzeria is closed). As well as making delicious pizzas, you'll need to be able to run the kitchen efficiently and smoothly while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness. Starting pay is between £16 per hour with room to grow. The daily shift hours are 11am to 3:30pm followed by 5:30pm to 10:30pm. Approx 45 hours
