What you’ll be doing • Partner with Recruiting and Sourcing Leads to shape the sourcing strategy for your business area., • Build strong, steady pipelines of pre-qualified candidates to support both current and future hiring needs., • Serve as the subject-matter expert for sourcing channels, tools, and best practices., • Deliver proactive, high-quality sourcing aligned to SLAs and KPIs., • Create outstanding candidate experiences through consistent engagement and relationship-building., • Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and data-led insights to the business., • Collaborate closely with the wider Europe Sourcing team—contributing to projects, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives., • Coach and support team members to elevate sourcing capability., • Use advanced sourcing methods (Boolean, X-ray, social channels, market mapping) to deliver hard-to-find talent. Participants will record 15 short audio clips consisting of natural greetings and voicemail messages.
