About You; • Experience managing a team within an engineering/manufacturing environment, • Educated to GCSE level or above, • Additional Management qualifications are desirable but not required (IOSH, NVQ, NEBOSH, LEAN etc.), • Committed to health & safety, • Act as a positive role model and set a good example, • Possesses a can-do positive attitude with a drive to succeed and motivate others, • Possesses excellent communication skills, • Remain calm under pressure
