Paediatric Nurse - Private Clinic Location: AscotSalary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00 About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our friendly, patient-focused clinical team at a well-established private clinic in Ascot. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse who enjoys autonomy and continuity of care, with the chance to run their own paediatric clinics while being fully supported by experienced GPs and a wider multidisciplinary team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, child-centred care to infants, children and young people, building trusted relationships with families and ensuring an outstanding patient experience at every visit. Key Responsibilities Run and manage your own paediatric nurse-led clinics , with GP support available when required Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based care to children and their families Carry out approximately 4-5 blood tests per day , including paediatric phlebotomy Conduct clinical assessments, observations, and monitoring in line with agreed care plans Provide reassurance, education, and clear communication to parents and carers Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and patient records Work collaboratively with GPs and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care Support stock management , ordering, and equipment checks Contribute to clinical audits , quality improvement initiatives, and CQC compliance Adhere to safeguarding policies and infection prevention and control standards Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and service development What Were Looking For NMC registered nurse (Child / Paediatric qualification essential) Proven paediatric nursing experience , ideally in a clinic or outpatient setting Confident phlebotomy skills , including working with children Ability to work independently while recognising when to escalate to GPs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, caring approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a private healthcare setting What We Offer Competitive salary up to £50,000 Monday-Friday working pattern - no evenings, weekends, or nights Opportunity to work autonomously while being supported by experienced GPs A welcoming, professional, and supportive team environment Modern clinic facilities and well-organised systems Ongoing training and professional development The chance to make a real difference to children and families in a high-quality private service If you are interested in this position, please click apply now, wed love to hear from you!
