You will lead from the front, inspiring and developing your team while maintaining the impeccable service standards that have helped establish the restaurant's outstanding reputation. This role would suit an experienced Restaurant Manager or a strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to take the next step within a luxury and award-winning environment. As Restaurant Manager you will: Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant operation Lead service periods and act as a visible presence on the floor Train, mentor, and develop the front-of-house team Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered Manage staffing levels, rotas, and departmental organisation Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service Handle guest feedback and special requests professionally Drive standards, team performance, and guest satisfaction Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of hospitality The ideal candidate will have experience within a high-quality restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment and possess excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
