Qualifications Experience in X-ray generation equipment is desired, but not essential. Experience with PLC controls, Allen Bradley platform with RS Logix is preferred. Experience of Can bus controls. Proven experience in fault finding on complex electrical panels and circuits with the ability to rework any faults found whilst adhering to the required procedures. Experience of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban and CI methodology etc desirable. Qualifications, HNC and equivalents or minimum 2-3 years of experience. Job description Main purpose of the role As their Senior Development Engineer, you will provide lean but robust engineering strategies as part of an established, successful land and development team. The role will be working primarily with the land team to de-risk bids and support the due diligence process for land acquisition approval. This would include technical reporting and providing strategies for drainage, cut & fill, retaining walls, foundations, and utilities. Support with groundworks estimating and procurement would also be provided. This would then follow through to supporting planning applications with the necessary technical input and engineering strategy. External engineers would be utilised where necessary to add detail to the proposed strategy for checking and presentation purposes. The engineering strategy would be handed over to the technical team for the detailed design stage.
