In this hybrid role, you’ll balance both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including: • Assisting the Registered Manager with daily operations, • Leading, mentoring, and supervising your team, • Managing rotas, audits, administrative reports, • Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and CQC compliance, • Handling safeguarding, incident reporting, and safety protocols, • Experience in a supervisory or deputy role within care settings, • Solid understanding of CQC standards and inspections, • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills, • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt with the job’s needs, • Ongoing training and funded qualifications, • Company events, • Gym membership
