In this hybrid role, youāll balance both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including: ⢠Assisting the Registered Manager with daily operations, ⢠Leading, mentoring, and supervising your team, ⢠Managing rotas, audits, administrative reports, ⢠Overseeing care plans, risk assessments, and CQC compliance, ⢠Handling safeguarding, incident reporting, and safety protocols, ⢠Experience in a supervisory or deputy role within care settings, ⢠Solid understanding of CQC standards and inspections, ⢠Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills, ⢠Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt with the jobās needs, ⢠Ongoing training and funded qualifications, ⢠Company events, ⢠Gym membership
