Job Summary We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design and project management, with proficiency in various design software. You will work on a wide range of retail, cinema, leisure, and mixed-use projects, contributing across all RIBA stages from concept to completion. Duties • Lead and manage projects, liaising directly with clients and stakeholders., • Develop design solutions and produce high-quality drawings and technical details using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite., • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard., • Mentor and support junior team members, including Part 1 and Part 2 Assistants., • Oversee planning applications and building regulation submissions., • Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data for design development., • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently., • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints., • Engage in negotiations with clients and contractors to resolve issues and ensure project success., • Prepare presentations using Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and SketchUp for client meetings and project pitches. Experience • ARB-registered Architect with 2+ years UK based relevant experience., • Excellent design and technical skills., • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite., • Strong communication and leadership abilities., • Experience across multiple RIBA work stages., • Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects., • Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite., • A degree in Architecture is essential; additional certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
