experienced Enterprise Architect to play a key role in shaping and evolving the technology strategy across a diverse group of businesses.\n, • Reporting directly to the Head of IT, this is a senior individual contributor role offering the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions across multiple brands and legal entities.\n, • The successful candidate will define and govern the Group's architecture strategy, establish standards and roadmaps, and ensure technology investments support both current and future business objectives.\n, • This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys working within a developing architecture function.\n, • You'll be comfortable operating in a relatively greenfield environment, bringing structure, governance and strategic direction while remaining adaptable and pragmatic as the technology landscape continues to evolve.\n\n The Role: \n\n • Operating across a complex multi-entity environment, you'll develop and maintain a holistic view of the Group's technology landscape rather than focusing on individual business units.\n, • The business currently operates a number of different technology platforms, including multiple ERP solutions across its various brands.\n, • You'll play an important role in developing the long-term architecture strategy, supporting future technology rationalisation and consolidation initiatives where appropriate, while ensuring technology decisions align with business priorities.\n, • Alongside strategic planning, you'll provide architectural oversight across multiple concurrent projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, effective governance and reduced technology risk.\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Develop and maintain the Group Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\n, • Create and maintain a holistic view of technology architecture across multiple brands and business entities.\n, • Define, implement and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, policies and best practices.\n, • Develop enterprise technology roadmaps across applications, infrastructure, integrations and cloud services.\n, • Provide architectural leadership across multiple concurrent business and technology projects.\n, • Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed architecture standards, milestones and timescales.\n, • Identify delivery risks, dependencies and potential delays, proactively managing issues to support successful project outcomes.\n, • Lead architecture governance, design reviews and technical assurance throughout the project lifecycle.\n, • Develop and maintain architecture risk and compliance plans, ensuring technology decisions minimise operational, security and business risk.\n, • Support the ongoing evolution of the Group's ERP landscape, including future consolidation initiatives where appropriate.\n, • Build strong relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, providing strategic architectural guidance across the organisation.\n, • Support mergers, acquisitions and business integration activities through technical due diligence, architecture assessments and integration planning.\n, • Influence technology investment decisions through strategic planning and enterprise architecture expertise.\n\n About You: \n\n • To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced Enterprise Architect with a proven track record of operating across complex, multi-entity environments.\n\n You'll be able to demonstrate: \n\n • Significant experience within an Enterprise Architect or similar strategic architecture role.\n, • Experience working across group structures with multiple business units, brands or legal entities.\n, • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, governance and technology strategy.\n, • Proven experience developing architecture standards, governance frameworks and enterprise technology roadmaps.\n, • Experience working within complex ERP environments, ideally supporting multiple ERP platforms and future consolidation programmes.\n, • Experience overseeing architectural input across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to agreed deadlines.\n, • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders, technical teams and third-party partners.\n, • Strong understanding of technology risk, governance and compliance, with experience creating and maintaining architecture risk and compliance plans.\n, • A proactive approach to identifying risks, managing dependencies and mitigating issues before they impact delivery.\n, • Broad technical knowledge spanning cloud technologies, infrastructure, integration, applications and security.\n, • Previous experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations or carve-out programmes would be highly advantageous.\n, • TOGAF or
