The Role • Deliver warm, confident, professional service, • Know the menu properly, not just the specials, • Guide guests through food and drinks with clarity, • Work closely with kitchen and bar during busy service, • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organisation, • Handle pressure without losing tone This is not silent plate-dropping. It’s not robotic upselling either. It’s proper pub hospitality. You • Experience in a quality restaurant or food-led pub preferred, • Comfortable with busy services, • Good product knowledge or willingness to learn properly, • Calm, observant and proactive, • Evenings and weekends required, • Right to work in the UK If you enjoy a lively room, strong flavours, and the kind of regulars who come back because they trust you, we’d like to meet you.
