Quantity Surveyor Location: Winchester Sector: Construction Consultancy – Healthcare, Education & Commercial Salary: £40,000- £50,000 + Excellent Package Role Overview As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including: • Managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration for live projects ranging from £5m to £50m., • Supporting the delivery of landmark schemes., • Overseeing budgeting, value engineering, and cost control to ensure commercial success., • Preparing detailed reports, forecasts, and risk assessments., • Developing strong client and stakeholder relationships across the region. About the Role As a Quantity Surveyor , you will be responsible for ensuring commercial success across a range of contracts, identifying opportunities to improve margins and drive project value.
