Key Responsibilities • Assess current communications infrastructure, including satellite and radio transmission systems, • Lead technical assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement, • Contribute to the creation of a technical strategy paper for communications transformation, • Support the replacement and modernisation of existing communications strategy, • Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive informed decision-making Essential Skills & Experience • Strong background in telecommunications and communications infrastructure, • Experience working with satellite and radio transmission communications, • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, • Experience in process mapping and operational process design, • Ability to conduct technical assessments and translate findings into actionable insights, • Experience contributing to or developing technical strategy documentation, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Desirable • Experience working on communications transformation or infrastructure replacement programmes, • Exposure to large-scale or regulated environments
