Growth & Acquisition Manager - E-commerce / FMCG 📍 Edinburgh (3 days per week onsite) | 💰 Up to £55,000 + Benefits | ⚡ Growth, Strategy & Customer Acquisition Join a fast-growing consumer brand on a mission to expand its customer base across the UK. As Growth & Acquisition Manager, you'll lead customer acquisition, delivering innovative campaigns across online and offline channels to drive growth and repeat purchases. The Role A hands-on, strategic growth position for a marketer who thrives on results. You'll own end-to-end campaign strategy and delivery, managing a significant marketing budget and working closely with brand, product, and digital teams to grow active customers and optimise acquisition performance.
