Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate must have had previous experience in a similar high end establishment and ideally within the hospitality and leisure industry. You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience of leading a small team and should have excellent communication skills along with customer service levels that are second to none. An excellent telephone manner, the ability to take and pass on accurate messages and an eye for detail is a must, as is being computer literate and having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
