ASB Case Manager \n Location: Fully Remote (Occasional travel to Workington required) \n Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract \n Hours: 36.5 Hours per Week \n Rate: £25.00 - £26.00 per hour (Umbrella) \n DBS: Basic DBS required (or willingness to obtain) \n The Role \n We are currently recruiting for an experienced ASB Case Manager to join a busy social housing provider on an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in managing complex and high-risk Anti-Social Behaviour cases. \n Working remotely, you will manage a caseload of serious ASB investigations, taking cases through the full legal process where required. The successful candidate will be confident preparing legal documentation, working closely with solicitors, and representing the organisation through enforcement action. \n Experience using Open Housing would be highly advantageous. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage a complex caseload of high-level Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases from investigation through to resolution.\n, • Conduct thorough investigations into reports of ASB, nuisance, harassment, hate incidents, and tenancy breaches.\n, • Gather and assess evidence from residents, partner agencies, and internal teams.\n, • Prepare legal documentation including injunction applications, witness statements, court bundles, and supporting evidence.\n, • Serve and manage legal notices including Section 21 notices where appropriate.\n, • Liaise with solicitors and legal representatives to progress enforcement action.\n, • Attend court hearings and case conferences as required.\n, • Work closely with police, local authorities, support agencies, and other external stakeholders.\n, • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.\n, • Provide support and regular communication to victims and witnesses throughout investigations.\n, • Monitor ongoing cases and ensure all actions are completed within agreed timescales.\n\n Requirements \n\n • Previous experience managing Anti-Social Behaviour cases within a social housing environment.\n, • Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law, injunctions, possession proceedings, and enforcement processes.\n, • Experience preparing witness statements, court documents, and legal case files.\n, • Ability to manage complex and sensitive cases independently.\n, • Excellent investigation, communication, and report-writing skills.\n, • Experience using housing management systems, ideally Open Housing.\n, • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to Workington on an occasional basis.\n, • Basic DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.\n
