Job Overview The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to expand the studio’s market presence, retain existing clients, and create new business opportunities. The role requires a strong balance of commercial awareness, marketing expertise, and operational insight to support Viet Nail Studio’s expansion, particularly with the launch and management of the second branch. The successful candidate will be expected to bring innovative ideas, manage business development initiatives, and ensure the smooth execution of marketing and client engagement campaigns. Key Responsibilities Market Development and Growth • Conduct in-depth research into market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth., • Assist in developing strategies to expand the client base, including targeting new demographics and exploring service diversification., • Develop and implement structured loyalty programs, membership packages, and personalised communication campaigns to enhance client retention., • Monitor and analyse client feedback to improve service offerings and strengthen client satisfaction., • Manage the studio’s digital platforms, including the website, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring content is professional, engaging, and aligned with brand identity., • Plan and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns to attract new clients and maintain engagement with existing ones., • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, community organisations, and event organisers to enhance brand visibility., • Develop and manage collaborations with lifestyle and corporate partners to generate new revenue opportunities., • Assist in coordinating the activities of both branches to ensure operational consistency and efficiency., • Support resource planning, scheduling, and reporting to maintain high standards of service delivery., • Contribute to financial and business performance reporting by preparing insights, monitoring KPIs, and highlighting opportunities for improvement., • Provide administrative support in areas such as vendor management, marketing budgets, and project delivery., Qualifications and Experience, • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related commercial role; experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality sectors is desirable., • Demonstrated ability to design and implement client acquisition and retention strategies., • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships., • Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities effectively., • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies., • 28 days paid annual leave (including public holidays)., • The opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment with a growing lifestyle brand., • Professional development opportunities and scope for career progression as the studio expands., • The chance to make a tangible impact on the growth and direction of a premium business in Aberdeen., • A supportive, collaborative, and innovative working culture where creativity and initiative are valued.
