Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bar Supervisor at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing the staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves leading a team, coordinating with other departments, and upholding the hotel's service excellence. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, Training, and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage operations Strong Customer Service orientation Knowledge of industry trends and best practices Ability to multitask and work under pressure Excellent organizational and leadership skills Previous experience in a similar role Hospitality or Culinary degree/certification is a plus We provide uniform. (Jackets and trousers) Uber after 00:30 40 Hours a week Trainings paid by the company.
