Oxfordshire • Mid‑sized training practice in a modern purpose‑built health centre, • Largest practice within the PCN with substantial scope for future growth, • Stable and generally affluent patient demographic with good clinical variety, • Large multidisciplinary team including ANPs, paramedics, pharmacists, nurses and HCAs, • Strong emphasis on reducing low‑value admin for GPs, • 15‑minute appointments with a focus on complex clinical work, • Excellent same‑day access model already established, • Buddy‑supported duty system to minimise administrative burden, • Single‑site practice using EMIS and Docman, • Opportunity to get involved in teaching and future research development, • Supportive and collaborative culture with close senior GP input, • Salaried GP, • 4–8 sessions available, • Flexible session structure with longer‑than‑average appointments, • Mix of face‑to‑face, telephone and triage work, • Very low home‑visiting requirement, • Opportunity to work closely with an experienced GP leader during a major transformation project, • Ideal for a resilient, solutions‑focused GP who enjoys a dynamic environment, • Newly qualified GPs and Tier 2 Visa candidates considered, • Potential future progression opportunities available, • £10,500 – £12,000 per session depending on experience, • Indemnity fees paid, • BMA model contract, • 6 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays, • 1 week study leave, • Significant mentorship and development opportunity, • You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list. #J-18808-Ljbffr
