This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized, forward-thinking training practice at a pivotal stage in its development, working closely with an experienced and highly successful GP leader who is driving an ambitious turnaround and growth project. The practice offers the chance to develop clinically, operationally and professionally in a way that very few traditional practices can provide. You’ll be joining a supportive and resilient team focused on delivering high-quality patient care whilst continuing to evolve systems, reduce unnecessary GP workload and create a sustainable long-term model for primary care. Oxfordshire • Mid‑sized training practice in a modern purpose‑built health centre, • Largest practice within the PCN with substantial scope for future growth, • Stable and generally affluent patient demographic with good clinical variety, • Large multidisciplinary team including ANPs, paramedics, pharmacists, nurses and HCAs, • Strong emphasis on reducing low‑value admin for GPs, • 15‑minute appointments with a focus on complex clinical work, • Excellent same‑day access model already established, • Buddy‑supported duty system to minimise administrative burden, • Single‑site practice using EMIS and Docman, • Opportunity to get involved in teaching and future research development, • Supportive and collaborative culture with close senior GP input, • Salaried GP, • 4–8 sessions available, • Flexible session structure with longer‑than‑average appointments, • Mix of face‑to‑face, telephone and triage work, • Very low home‑visiting requirement, • Opportunity to work closely with an experienced GP leader during a major transformation project, • Ideal for a resilient, solutions‑focused GP who enjoys a dynamic environment, • Newly qualified GPs and Tier 2 Visa candidates considered, • Potential future progression opportunities available, • £10,500 – £12,000 per session depending on experience, • Indemnity fees paid, • BMA model contract, • 6 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays, • 1 week study leave, • Significant mentorship and development opportunity, • You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK performers list. #J-18808-Ljbffr
