Madley Park House is a modern, warm and friendly home from home, offering round‑the‑clock residential care to 60 residents. Location: Madley Park Care Home, Witney, Oxfordshire Pay rate: £14.85 per plus NVQ and weekend enhancements available Contracted Hours: Bank Madley Park House is a warm and welcoming ‘home from home’ offering round‑the‑clock residential, early‑stage dementia and respite care with a range of amenities including a hair salon and residents' shop. Situated in a quiet location in the thriving market town of Witney, the home has strong links to the local community. We are looking for you to work as a care assistant making a real difference to our residents’ lives every day. Alongside supporting daily routines and personal care – washing, bathing, toilet use – we value genuine care, kindness, and dignity. You will be part of our extended family, building positive relationships for a happy, fulfilled life. We welcome both experienced carers and newcomers to care.
