JRRL are seeking a Sales & Events Coordinator to play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences for their prestigious client. Specialising in luxury weddings, corporate, private events, and film/TV productions, they are looking for a commercially minded, confident events professional to manage both new business development and their existing client base. The role involves converting enquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client journey from initial contact through to event delivery. This role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, discretion, and attention to detail. Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per year + commission + company pension. OTE £40,000 to £45,000 per year. Key Responsibilities • Drive exhibition stand, sponsorship, and advertising sales across RTS., • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities., • Develop and grow relationships with existing clients., • Sell tailored commercial solutions to retail technology brands., • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs., • Meet clients to understand their business objectives., • Produce compelling sales proposals and presentations., • Develop account plans for key clients and growth opportunities., • Manage client relationships throughout the event cycle., • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity., • Support marketing and sales campaigns to drive growth.
