Community Growth Lead – Flavours Holidays Location: Edinburgh (office-based) Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per year + performance bonus linked to community growth Role type: Full-time (part-time considered) Why Join Flavours? About the Role We’re looking for a Community Growth Lead to join our team and guide both new and returning guests on their Flavours journey. This role is all about building real relationships. Our guests value a friendly voice on the phone, someone who takes the time to listen, understand their travel dreams, and give them the kind of old-fashioned customer service that makes them feel part of something special. What You’ll Do • Welcome & guide new enquirers into the Flavours community, matching them with the right holiday., • Spend time on the phone with guests — listening, advising, and making them feel valued., • Nurture relationships with past guests to inspire rebooking and loyalty., • Follow up with guests from holidays, online classes, and events, helping them take the next step towards travelling., • Encourage community growth through referrals and loyalty memberships., • Keep everything on track in our CRM, ensuring every guest feels remembered. Success in this role looks like: • Welcoming new people into the Flavours community and helping them feel they belong., • Guiding guests from their first enquiry or event into their first Flavours holiday., • Inspiring past guests to travel with us again and deepen their connection., • Encouraging referrals and friendships that bring new people into our world., • Ensuring every guest feels remembered, valued, and part of something special. About You • You’re a people person who loves great conversations and takes pride in listening., • You believe in old-fashioned customer service — giving time, attention, and care to every guest., • You’re motivated by helping people belong and by seeing the community grow., • Strong communication skills (especially by phone)., • Comfortable using a CRM system (training provided)., • You may have worked in travel, hospitality, events, membership, fundraising, or another community-focused role — what matters most is that you can build relationships and deliver results through people. Working Pattern & Flexibility This role is based in our Edinburgh office. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm, and your working pattern will vary within these hours. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time working patterns. Flexibility is key — you’ll also be expected to take part in Flavours events where you’ll meet guests in person and help strengthen our community.
