Job Purpose: The Account Project Manager (APM) will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple accounts by maintaining strong relationships with your customers and working collaboratively you will identify opportunities for business growth within established accounts while ensuring pre-existing business is effectively managed and protected. You will play an integral part in the commercial relationship with our customers, duties will include managing the sales order process from receipt of order through to product dispatch, overseeing the on boarding of new customers and the management of new product development projects. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication and organisational skills, as this role requires a high level of interdepartmental and customer relationship management. Key Duties & Responsibilities Duties include but are not restricted to those listed below, the job holder may be asked to carry out other additional tasks within their capability and knowledge. • Management of allocated account customer accounts and responsible for the delivery of projects from customer brief through to product launch., • Developing strong internal and external relationships, liaising daily with the Account Manager to ensure business requirements and objectives are met., • Identifying the latest NPD and category trends to offer insight and product development opportunities to existing and new customers., • Develop new business opportunities by working with the technical NPD team to develop and launch products to customers briefs and critical paths., • Maintain a knowledge of the industry., • Manage pricing structures and tender processes., • Create engaging business proposals that enable successful tenders., • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer transactions using Monday.com, • Work strategically to ensure all information and documentation is in accordance with company procedures., • Track and report on account performance, alongside forecasting and budget management., • Ensure all commercial activities are completed effectively within agreed SLA’s and to set company process., • Compile monthly performance report for account base to management team., • Prepare customer business development plans for all accounts, reviewing regularly to ensure business objectives are achieved., • Attend trade exhibitions and industry events as and when required., • Building and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders across allocated accounts., • Facilitate customer visits to Group55. Personal Attributes/Skills: You will be a commercially astute and highly organised professional with at least three years’ experience in a fast-paced supporting role. • Organisational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently., • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of building positive relationships., • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions., • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness in all tasks., • Initiative and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting., • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Monday.com, • This role requires a proactive individual who can navigate complex projects and contribute to our dynamic team environment. Professional Experience & Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supporting role within project management, product development, or a commercial environment., • Personal care industry experiences desirable., • GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent., • Proficient in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Monday.com, • Proficient in the English language; spoken and written.
