Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant (DV Cleared) Location: Newbury, UK Clearance: Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join a high-profile programme in Newbury. The role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within a sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across key modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM), • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, • Configure workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform, • Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives, • Ensure solutions align with best practices, governance, and security standards, • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end users Key Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer, • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD, • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform customisation, • Integration experience with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs), • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, • Experience working in secure or government environments is highly desirable Essential Requirements • Active DV Clearance (non-negotiable), • Eligible to work on-site in Newbury, • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, • Ability to work in agile or fast-paced delivery environments Desirable • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS modules), • Experience with SecOps or GRC modules, • Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD pipelines What’s on Offer • Opportunity to work on a critical, high-impact programme, • Collaborative and technically strong environment, • Competitive day rate / salary (depending on engagement model)
