Emergency Control Room Operator (CRO) Location: Aberdeen Shift Pattern: 12-hour day and night shifts, rotational (includes standby) Type: Full-time, entry-level About the Role Join Restrata as an Emergency Control Room Operator (CRO) and be part of a high-performing team supporting global energy and industrial operations from our Operations Command Centre. What You’ll Be Doing • Monitoring global personnel tracking systems and responding to alerts., • Acting as the first point of contact on the Restrata Emergency Line., • Supporting emergency response teams during real incidents., • Monitoring IT, communications, and safety systems across multiple client sites., • Responding to helpdesk queries and logging support requests., • Preparing daily reports and maintaining operational logs., • Liaising with international offices and global clients., • Assisting with training exercises and supporting operational projects.
