The Role As a Junior Estimator, you will support the pricing and tendering of healthcare fit-out projects ranging from £100k to £5m. While experience working with bills of quantities is valuable, this role requires someone who can also think on their feet, communicate effectively, and represent the business professionally in client-facing situations. This is a predominantly office-based role, working closely with senior estimators, commercial staff, and operational teams.
