ABOUT PRIVÉ BESPOKE SERVICES Privé Bespoke Services is a boutique private household staffing agency placing exceptional professionals — estate managers, head butlers, private chefs, nannies, housekeepers, personal assistants, chauffeurs, and close protection staff — into prestige residences across the United Kingdom, Europe, and the UAE. We serve UHNW principals, private households, and family offices who demand the very highest standard of service and complete discretion in everything. THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for two self-employed Business Development Partners to join us on a commission-only basis: One based in the UK One based in the UAE / GCC region This is not a traditional job. There is no office, no fixed hours, no cold calling, and no targets. This opportunity is designed for well-connected individuals who already move in UHNW, private banking, luxury property, family office, or private service circles — and who would like to earn exceptional commission by making introductions to families who need our services. YOUR ROLE Your role is simple: • Identify UHNW principals, family offices, estate managers, or private banking and wealth management contacts who may need private household staffing services, • Make a personal introduction to Privé Bespoke Services, • We handle everything from there — candidate sourcing, vetting, placement, and client management You do not recruit. You do not place candidates. You simply make the introduction and we do the rest. COMMISSION STRUCTURE UK Placements: 10% of our net placement fee per successful placement UAE / GCC Placements: 12% of our net placement fee per successful placement Commission Period: Applies to all placements made by an introduced client within 18 months of introduction Payment: Within 30 days of us receiving cleared funds from the client WHAT YOU COULD EARN Housekeeper placement (fee £8,000) Your commission: £800 Private Chef placement (fee £12,000) Your commission: £1,200 Estate Manager placement (fee £18,000) Your commission: £1,800 UAE Senior placement (fee £25,000) Your commission: £3,000 UAE Head of Household (fee £40,000) Your commission: £4,800 A partner who introduces four clients per year, each making two placements at an average fee of £12,000, would earn approximately £9,600 in commission — from introductions alone. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have one or more of the following: • Current or recent experience in private banking, wealth management, or family office environments, • An established network of UHNW clients, principals, or high-net-worth individuals, • A background in luxury property — estate agency, property development, or property management, • Experience in luxury concierge services (Quintessentially, Ten Group, or similar), • A background in private household or estate management with knowledge of principal networks, • Strong connections within the UAE, Gulf, or wider luxury property world (for the UAE role) The single most important qualification is not your CV — it is the quality and relevance of your personal and professional relationships. SELF-EMPLOYED STATUS This is a freelance, self-employed arrangement. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. You will invoice Privé Bespoke Services for commission earned. A formal Freelance Business Development Partner Agreement will be provided to all successful candidates.
