As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will take immediate conduct of an active, high-calibre caseload. The workload is varied, with high-value claimant-side litigation for senior executives, directors, and high-net-worth professionals across sectors as well as a broad spectrum of contentious disputes. Key Responsibilities for the Employment Solicitor: Contentious Litigation: Originating, managing, and leading complex Employment Tribunal and High Court claims. The firms client base and therefore your workload as an experienced Employment Solicitor coming in, consists of high-profile whistleblowing, complex discrimination cases, and high-value dismissal as well as a large volume of contentious worker disputes. Executive Advisory & Negotiation: Advising senior professionals on complex exit packages, high-value settlement agreements, and the enforcement or defence of restrictive covenants. Also you will thrive on Employment Law, and be relentless in your pursuit of excellence for the claimant as a general rule. Experience: 5+ years PQE as an Employment Solicitor with a proven track record within a respected Legal 500 boutique or recognised national employment practice. Technical Skillset: Comprehensive experience as a qualified Employment Solicitor handling complex claimant-side litigation, drafting pleadings, managing disclosure, and handling high-level executive advisory work. Mindset: You will be highly commercial and personable capable of guiding senior professionals through highly stressful career crises with authority, commercial acumen, and sharp legal instinct.
