We’re looking for a reliable, practical and switched-on E-commerce & Fulfilment Assistant to join our growing team in Bow. About Melber Melber helps international consumer brands launch and grow in the UK. We work with exciting brands across beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle, supporting everything from e-commerce and fulfilment to market entry and growth. We also operate our own established accessories brand. What you'll be doing The main focus will be picking, packing and dispatching online orders, but there’s much more to the role. You’ll also help with: • Picking and packing customer orders, • Printing labels and preparing courier collections, • Receiving, checking and organising stock, • Processing returns and exchanges, • Supporting Shopify and other e-commerce systems, • Stock counts, inventory checks and spreadsheets, • Preparing products, packaging and orders for our own accessories brand, • Getting stock ready for promotions, launches and wholesale orders When things are quieter, you’ll switch between tasks and help wherever the team needs you. Experience You don’t need to have done exactly this job before, but you do need some relevant experience — perhaps in: • E-commerce or Shopify, • Warehouse or fulfilment, • Retail stockroom, • Dispatch or logistics, • Inventory management, • Fashion, beauty or consumer products, • An online business or marketplace such as Etsy, eBay or Amazon Most importantly, you’re reliable, accurate and organised, comfortable working at pace, and happy getting stuck into practical tasks. You’ll need to be comfortable using a computer as well as doing physical picking, packing and stock work. The practical details Hours: 10–20 hours per week Shifts: Usually 9am–1pm or 9am–2pm Days: Weekday mornings, ideally across 3–5 days Monday mornings: Particularly useful Pay: £15 per hour Location: Bow, East London Start: As soon as possible Interested? Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall digital marketing strategy for CakeCraft UK. The successful candidate will build processes, establish performance metrics, manage internal specialists, and drive sustainable growth across all digital channels. The role requires a hands-on leader who can combine strategic thinking with operational execution and create a high-performing digital marketing department from the ground up. While specialist resources will manage day-to-day SEO, content creation, email marketing, influencer marketing, and creative execution, the Digital Marketing Manager will provide strategic direction, operational leadership, and performance oversight across all functions. The role will focus on ensuring all marketing functions operate in a coordinated manner through structured planning, content governance, campaign management, and performance oversight. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Growth · Develop and execute Cake Craft's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. · Own digital marketing performance against revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability goals. · Identify opportunities to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. · Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities. · Drive sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation. Content & Campaign Management · Own the end-to-end content planning and campaign execution process across all digital channels. · Develop and maintain an integrated marketing calendar to ensure consistent content publishing and campaign delivery. · Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and brand initiatives. · Ensure alignment between SEO, content, email marketing, influencer activity, and commercial objectives. · Establish content workflows, approval processes, and campaign management frameworks. · Drive consistency in brand messaging, content quality, and customer communications across all customer touchpoints. Essential Requirements · 6–8 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment. · Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role. · Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams. · Demonstrated success in driving online revenue growth and customer acquisition. · Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, content management, campaign planning and execution, SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, and conversion rate optimisation, with the ability to lead specialist teams across these functions. · Experience creating marketing processes, workflows, reporting structures, and scalable operating models. · Experience working with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools. · Experience leveraging AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics solutions to improve efficiency, content production, customer engagement, and marketing performance. · Commercially minded with a strong focus on ROI and business growth. · Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills.     Part Time Baker We're looking for a new baker to join us for immediate start! You'll work alongside our Head Baker (Kat), who'll train you in baking our granola and other cereals. She isn't leaving, but would eventually work different days from you once all trained.
