We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident, and versatile Activity Leaders to join our team! As an Activity Leader, you will play a key role in creating exciting experiences for children aged 4-11 years. This role involves leading and assisting in a variety of activities, including sports, active games, arts & crafts, word games, number games, and more, both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients improve their physical and mental well-being through therapeutic massage techniques. You will work in a welcoming and professional environment, providing a range of treatments tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities: • Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other specialized modalities. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments to address specific concerns. • Create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for clients. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service. • Educate clients on self-care practices, such as stretching or relaxation techniques. • Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and techniques. Qualifications: • Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license (as required by local/state regulations). • Experience in providing a variety of massage techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic principles. • A commitment to client confidentiality and professionalism. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
