Hand Of A Goddess is an independent outcall massage service. Masseur’s attend outcall appointments either at the client’s home or hotel. We match clients with top tier massage therapists. Different rates for different hours ranging from 60-120 minute massages. All of our therapists are trained in at least the basic Swedish, Thai and Sports Massage. Minimum Qualifications: Proficient in the English language. Possesses at least an NVQ Level 2 in massage therapy or an equivalent qualification. Has a minimum of two years of in salon or spa experience. Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills. Skilled in a range of massage techniques, such as aromatherapy, deep tissue, and Swedish. Preferred Skills: Proficient in lymphatic drainage, Swedish and deep tissue techniques. Reflexology, sports, pregnancy massage expertise is valued. At ease delivering services to clients of any gender. Exhibits professionalism, confidence, and dependability. Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality treatments and exceptional client communication skills. Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients and responding to their needs. Engage in clear communication with clients to grasp their preferences and offer personalised suggestions. Utilise time management skills to guarantee that all appointments proceed seamlessly and punctually. Keep a tidy and well-organised workspace, in compliance with spa standards. Accountable for precisely recording client progress and treatment plans, while also keeping up-to-date with the newest massage techniques and industry developments to improve our service offerings. Must be flexible with working hours. Must have a mature and adaptable personality. Requirements • Minimum Level 3 Sports massage qualification and Full insurance, • Hands-on experience and proven results, • additional skills in one or more of the following will be beneficial: Dry cupping, Myofascial release, Lymphatic drainage, Pregnancy massage, or Dry needling, • Ability to work 3-5 shifts/week either AM or PM, including weekends., • Strong client communication, retention, and relationship-building skills, • A proactive business minded attitude with desire to grow your client base, • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Compensation & Benefits • Commission-based pay! £12 - £35 per client (30-90 mins) depending on duration of treatment, • Consistent weekly hours! We guarantee a weekly schedule of 20-40 hours per week, with option for overtime, • Shifts! We offer a set weekly shift pattern of 3-5 shifts per week, approx. 6 hour shifts covering Monday-Sundays, • Supportive management! Our dedicated management will support and encourage you every step of the way. They will encourage you to complete relevant CPD courses to maintain a busy list of clients., • Great locations!
