Work closely with the class teacher and other staff members to monitor student progress and contribute to planning and assessments. The ideal candidate will have: Experience working with complex learning difficulties (preferably working with children but not essential). A positive, patient, and empathetic attitude. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents. A willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the students. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential). A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
