Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Contribute to service development and continuous improvement. Ensure timely and appropriate interventions for residents including referrals and liaison with health social care and community services. Support recruitment training and induction of new team members About You Proven experience in managing supported housing or similar services. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience overseeing 5 staff including performance management and staff development Understanding of complex needs such as mental health substance misuse or homelessness.
