Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food handler's certification (may be required depending on local regulations).
